These Terms of Trade apply to all services provided by Findlays Plumbing Services Ltd (“FPS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For large projects, a deposit may be required before work commences.
Late payments will incur a 2% per month fee, or interest as permitted by law.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are based on information available at the time.
Final costs may change if:

- Site conditions differ from what was described
- Materials or labour requirements change
We will notify you of any changes before proceeding whenever possible.
3. Call-Outs and Travel Fees
